Mutatio est Inevitabilis: To the Vegans who try to convert people and hate on meat-eaters.

If you think forcing your beliefs and “morals” on others is OK, it isn’t.

I know a lot of you vegans are atheist, so I will use Christians as a comparison to what you are doing.

You may criticize Christians for spreading their beliefs and trying to convert others. When they…

Murder is immoral and everyone agrees yes? So how dare you compare someone LOVING someone of the same sexuality to MURDERING animals you’ve breed to die for a bit of food or an expensive jacket. There are alternatives to meat, there’s no alternative to being gay.

I have said this in a previous post, but I will say it again.

I made a mistake choosing such a sensitive topic as gay marriage as a comparison. I was thinking of something Christians think is immoral, and of course, gay marriage came up first. Just replace “gay marriage” in my first post with whatever other thing you can think of that Christians think is immoral.

Okay sorry, I’ll dub in another subject. (I must point out I’m not vegan, I’m vegetarian although I’m in transition). Say Christians believe that IVF is immoral but they get told they’re wrong for it when they try to convince others it’s wrong instead. IVF is right in my opinion but that doesn’t matter. IVF creates a life, the farming industry although it does create lives it ends them for pleasure. Embryos are not destroyed for pleasure they’re destroyed because it’s necessary and IVF creates a happy life meant to be enjoy. My problem is not killing animals it’s farming them. If you’re going to make an animal by force you must preserve it, it’s the least you can do. To me animals should have the same or similar rights to lfe as humans because I see more humanity in my dog and in horses and in birds and in snakes and as many other animals as you can think of than I do in so people. I think that because vegans are preaching for the preservation of animals they should be allowed and as most people (well, people I know) believe vegetarianism is right they just don’t know how to do it they can learn from practising vegans. You cannot compare dietary choices to religion, they’re completely different. I know I won’t convince you but you could tone it down a bit. Vegans aren’t bad people. not all of them anyway, they just appreciate the beauty of life and I think the world would be better with more of them.
